Title: Technical Coordinator

  • Basic Educational Qualifications : B. Arch
  • Please note - we need B. Arch in minimum qualification, not B. Tech
  • 10 Years experience in Site & Construction Management, Project Architecture, Liaison & Coordination, Site Inspection, Client Relationship Management and People Management
  • Skilled in implementing innovative methods, procedures, construction techniques, budget strategies and site analysis
  • Expertise in identification of subcontractors for the projects, award of contracts & review of their programs matching the project master schedule
  • Pivotal in anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure effective completion of multiple projects with resource utilization to maximize output
  • Hands-on experience in successfully executing diverse projects like Institutional, Housing, retail and commercial
  • Swiftly architecting projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters
  • An enterprising leader with skills in leading personnel towards accomplishment of common goals
  • Skills Required - Site & Construction Management, Liaison & Coordination, Material Procurement, Site Inspection, Client Relationship Management, Quality Control, Team Management, Training & Development Performance Management
