BIM Architect

Architect with strong BIM authoring capabilities using Revit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in feasibility study of projects.
• Responsible for the production of presentation drawings for concepts based on project requirements
• Responsible for the production of documents and drawings required by various statutory bodies/government agencies, especially in Dubai.
• Production of detailed layouts and plans for projects under the supervision of senior architect.
• Production of drawing and related documents required by marketing team for printing brochures if needed.
• Site visits to ensure that work is being executed as per drawings.
• Maintenance of Common data environment and records pertaining to drawings.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3+ years of post-graduate experience.
• Experience in working for Projects in Dubai or UAE that involve complex, multiphase, large scale residential buildings/projects.
• Experience of working with Architectural and ID large scale BIModels (LOD 400 or LOMD 4) is preferred.

• Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Good sketching and presentation skills.
• Good verbal, written communication skills.
