Assistant instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Kumon Instructor to join our educational team in Dubai Hills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mathematics education, possess strong communication skills, and have experience working with students. As a Kumon Instructor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the Kumon curriculum, providing personalized instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Kumon classes, ensuring adherence to the Kumon method and curriculum.
• Provide individualized instruction based on students' needs and abilities.
• Motivate and encourage students to develop a love for learning and excel in mathematics.
• Assess and track students' progress, providing timely feedback to parents.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Kumon certification or relevant training preferred.
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
