QUALIFICATION:
+ Bachelor's Degree Holder / MBA Graduate
+ 12-15 years of experience in Insurance Industry is required
+ Hands-on experience at advanced business software applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Strategize the Broker Management Unit.
+ Segmentation of the Broker business.
+ Identifying and targeting potential broker partners.
+ Building and maintaining relationships with brokers.
+ Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
+ Providing ongoing support and service to broker partners.
+ Generating new business through broker partnerships.
+ Handle over all objectives and KPIs of this role.
