Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.
2+ years’ experience in holiday home and real estate management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Acquire New Clients: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to adapt our strategies accordingly.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our solutions and services.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on sales activities, progress, and performance against targets.
