Project Manager - Mechanical Services is a senior level position at Al Saheeh Electromechanical Works, where the manager will be responsible for the management of the project(s) assigned to them for all Mechanical components awarded– including HVAC, FF, Plumbing& Drainage systems. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful installation and operation of Mechanical systems. The Mechanical Project Manager also oversees budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting industry standards and safety regulations. The position requires the manager to be highly skilled at client relations, problem solving and experienced with documentation, design principles and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, handover and maintain (if required) the project(s) assigned within the specified timelines, in accordance with regulatory body, client, consultant, civil contractor’s requirements,
• Coordinate with our internal teams, suppliers, manufacturers and other relevant stakeholders to follow assigned deadlines
• Incorporate safety practices and cost management principles, while ensuring quality is maintained.
• Ensure a cordial relationship with clients are always maintained

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology/Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Master's preferred)
• PMP or other equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a similar position for minimum 8-10 years
• U.A.E Driving License

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Project or Primavera or Similar
• AutoCad or Similar
