Job Description
We are seeking a responsible Project Coordinator to assist our R & D Manager in administering and organizing various projects, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans.
Project Coordinator responsibilities include closely collaborating with our R & D Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, encompassing resources, timeframes, and budgets for each project. Your tasks will involve project coordination, including schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation and handling queries. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results within deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Assess project risks and issues, providing applicable solutions.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any arising issues.
- Break down projects into manageable actions and set timeframes.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks, and maintain appropriate documentation for each project.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
- Good practical skills with knowledge of development chemistry and/or organization of chemical disposal would be an advantage.
