Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Arabic Speaking Client Solutions Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relations, business development, and campaign management. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
· Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
· Assist in responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Account Support:
· Collaborate with the Client Solutions Team to support in the day-to-day management of campaigns.
· Assist in the development and execution of media plans, campaign briefs, reports, and strategic proposals.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contracts, communications, and project details.
· Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach in meeting client needs.
Problem Resolution:
· Help identify and address any issues or challenges faced by clients, working with the team to find effective solutions.
Client Onboarding:
· Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services.
Market Research:
· Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to contribute insights for account strategies.
Learning and Development:
· Proactively seek opportunities to expand knowledge in account management and related areas.
· Participate in training sessions and mentorship opportunities provided by the company.
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using CRM tools.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
