Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of engaging content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and multimedia, tailored to our audience's preferences.
  • Own the social media strategy, content, and publishing across various channels, working to grow our online community and increase engagement.
  • Stay updated on trends in the industry, adjusting content strategies to maintain relevance and maximize audience engagement.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies and optimize content.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to content creation and distribution.
  • Plan and execute coverage at major industry events, creating content that highlights our brand and connects with our audience.
  • Oversee and guide the performance of direct reports, ensuring that all content meets our high standards for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and basic understanding of HTML and web publishing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • An out-of-the-box thinker who is highly creative and capable of leading a team to deliver high-quality content.
