The ideal candidate should conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, generate ideas for new content types, draft official corporate documents in English and Arabic languages and proofread.
Job Responsibilities –
1) Write content in English and Arabic languages for corporate/official documents and websites.
2) Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
3) Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
4) Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
5) Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.
6) Conduct keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
7) Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
8) Update website content as needed.
Job Requirements
1) Diploma in English, Journalism or related field
2) Proven work experience of a minimum of 1-2 years as a Content Writer and Proofreader.
3) Experience doing research using multiple sources.
4) Familiarity with web publications and content writing for websites.
5) Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Arabic is a MUST.
6) Ability to meet deadlines.
