We at Sobha Group looking out to hire Manager - Customer Relations for our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and Implement Customer relations processes and ensure the conclusion of issues (Technical)
Monitor progress to resolve issues with team in accord with standard operating procedures.
Maintain an awareness of the progress in the resolution of complaints to ensure that customers can be informed about progress and the time required for resolution.
To take ownership and responsibility to ensure the customers experience is distinctive and competitive.
Manage all customer interactions effectively and efficiently. Timely escalation of technical issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Proactively anticipate customer requirements in order to provide the high quality customer service in line with the customer relations strategy.
Manage interdepartmental relationships to ensure co-ordination and integration of processes, communications, product at various development stages.
Develop a channel for communication across allied departments for proper information flow to resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensure & monitor the team that the issues are accurately and timely captured and recorded so that issues can be responded to speedily delivering a positive message to customers.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor Degree - Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (This role will be a part of Development team - Technical)
7+ experience in technical field (In addition an exp. in handling customer relations will be preferred)
