We at Sobha Group looking out to hire Manager - Customer Relations for our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and Implement Customer relations processes and ensure the  conclusion of issues (Technical)
  • Monitor progress to resolve issues with team in accord with standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain an awareness of the progress  in the resolution of complaints to ensure that customers can be informed about progress and the time required for resolution.
  • To take ownership and responsibility to ensure the customers experience  is distinctive and competitive.
  • Manage all customer interactions effectively and efficiently. Timely escalation of technical issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Proactively anticipate customer requirements in order to provide the high quality customer service in line with the customer relations strategy.
  • Manage interdepartmental relationships to ensure co-ordination and integration of processes, communications, product at various  development stages.
  • Develop a channel for communication across allied departments for proper information flow to  resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensure & monitor the team that the issues are accurately and timely captured and recorded so that issues can be responded to speedily delivering a positive message to customers.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor Degree  - Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (This role will be a part of Development team - Technical)
  • 7+ experience in technical field (In addition an exp. in handling customer relations will be preferred)

SKILLS

  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Good presentation skills & Analytical skills
