Job Description
Manage whatsapp and other forms of communication
Connect with vendors and customers to solve any issue
Manage airport transfers , pickup and drop off, RTA and other bookings on excel and maintain it on a daily basis
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Manage, delegate and maintain all car servicing and RTA renewals for customers and internal team
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Willing to work from 4am to 2pm shift
