Job Description
  • Manage whatsapp and other forms of communication
  • Connect with vendors and customers to solve any issue
  • Manage airport transfers , pickup and drop off, RTA and other bookings on excel and maintain it on a daily basis
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Manage, delegate and maintain all car servicing and RTA renewals for customers and internal team
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Willing to work from 4am to 2pm shift
