Customer Service Executive and Coordination for Advertising Agency
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive and Coordinator in our advertising agency, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality customer service, and facilitating coordination among various teams to execute advertising campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, offering suitable advertising solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
2. Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, production, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
- Communicate client briefs and requirements clearly and effectively to the relevant teams.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
3. Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest improvements.
4. Campaign Oversight:
- Monitor campaign progress and performance, keeping clients informed and involved in the process.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that the client’s objectives are met in the advertising materials.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and campaign details.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and client feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within an advertising agency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
