As a Customer Service Representative at First Flight Couriers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, possess excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in Hindi is considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about products/services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and analyze customer issues, offering viable solutions and troubleshooting assistance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about the company's services to provide accurate information to customers.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Knowledge of Hindi is considered an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, propose effective solutions, and follow through to resolution.
