Job Description

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Customer Care department as a Live Chat Agent cum CRM Admin. This is a remote position, specifically for UAE locals. As a Live Chat Agent cum CRM Admin, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer to LIVE CHAT requests during his/her shift (using HubSpot CRM only).
  • Gain information from customers and direct them to the right department by creating a DEAL or TICKET inside the CRM and assigning tasks to those customers.
  • Follow up pending deals to see customers' interest by sending them a message (and archive the ones who are not interested).
  • Contact customers who were not answering for long time and archive the deals if not interested anymore.

Requirements:

  • UAE local with a valid residency visa and Family book.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with live chat platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
