Job Summary: We are currently seeking a detail oriented and versatile individual to join our team as a Dataentry/ Secretary in Dubai. This position requires a combination of exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As a Receptionist / Secretary, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.


  • Must be experienced in document management
  • Scanning and organizing files preparing files as per requirement
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflects a professional image.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing expenses and processing invoices.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating interviews.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.


  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or any other language is a plus.
