We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.
Responsibility
· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
· Basic maintenance and optimization of our website for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
· Assist the manager with development and execution of the marketing strategy
· Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and lead nurturing.
· Manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
· Develop insurance content and assist in the development of the content calendar
· Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns that increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
· Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs and maximize ROI.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the real estate industry.
· Monitor and analyze our competitors' digital marketing strategies and tactics.
· Identify new opportunities to improve our digital marketing efforts and drive growth.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
· Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
· Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
· Working knowledge of ad serving tools
· Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics etc…)
· Skills and experience in creative content writing
