Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of our home healthcare services.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and clinical staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
Attend industry conferences, networking events, and other professional gatherings to promote our services and build a robust professional network.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or home healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the home healthcare market, including industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license is Mandatory
