We are looking for talented and dedicated Management and Finance Lecturers to join our organization.

You should have a strong understanding of the concepts and principles of Management and Finance, and be able to effectively convey this knowledge to the students. You should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in teaching management and finance subjects at colleges.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops in management and finance subjects to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students
• Design course syllabi and instructional materials, including textbooks, case studies, and assignments
• Engage in academic research and scholarship to enhance teaching and learning
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Offer individualized support and guidance to students
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Management, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience teaching Management and Finance at the college level
• Strong subject matter expertise in Management and Finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for teaching and commitment to student success
• Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
