Job Description:

As an Interior Fit Out Site Supervisor/Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. Leveraging your expertise and experience in the UAE market, you will ensure the successful execution of projects while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage all activities related to interior fit-out projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Keep stakeholders informed of project status, milestones, and any changes to the scope of work.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet the highest standards. Conduct inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any deficiencies promptly.
  • Cost Management: Monitor project expenses, track budget variances, and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Prepare regular reports on project financials, including forecasts and expenditures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled craftsmen, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives within established timelines and budget constraints.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and obstacles. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions and contingency plans.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, change orders, and other relevant records. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to interior fit-out construction. Seek opportunities to enhance processes, streamline operations, and improve overall project performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fit-out project management in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing diverse project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
