Junior HSE Officer

Asterix Kraftworks LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our organization. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, risk management, and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities: * Implement and enforce HSE policies.

• Conduct training programs and promote a safety culture.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
• Lead incident investigations and analyze root causes.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and maintain records.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans.
• Manage environmental aspects and minimize impact.
• Communicate HSE policies and collaborate with management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Professional certification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly desirable.
• 2 year Proven experience in HSE role.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
