Functional Accountability:

  • Meet & greet guests coming to the gym
  • Prepare fresh cold/hot towels and water
  • Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and cleanliness of all gym equipment
  • Escort to the equipment while explaining all facilities
  • Conduct gym Show Around
  • Assist other departments whenever needed
  • Handled all incoming calls and answered the enquiries made
  • Handle all gym correspondence such as replying to email, maintaining and updating SOP's etc
  • Continuously working on initiatives and activities to improve the gym and recreation department footfall
  • Promote services offered by the business to guests
  • Actively promote and sell the various memberships
  • Deal with customer enquiries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Work hand in hand with the pool agents, lifeguards and spa to ensure an excellent health & fitness journey for all guests
  • Adhere to all hotel and company standards, Business conduct and ethics, policies and procedures including Health, Hygiene & Safety

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience:

  • Experience in hotel or health club industry
  • Previous guest relations experience in 5 star hospitality industry

Qualification:

  • High school graduate or Front Office operations certificate holder
