Research Analyst

We are looking for a Research Analyst who will be able to research, source & analyse autonomously qualitative data, trends & strategies and assist the Corporate Leadership team, with reporting & qualitative presentations. Strong preference for candidates from healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on relative markets

& industry

• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched
• Understand the needs of the organization to target research to our benefit
• Create clear and useful reports & recommendations for organizational use
• Review the business proposals & share recommendation aligned to business objectives
• Keep Corporate presentations & reports updated all the time
• Accompany Senior Leadership team for key meetings and deliver presentations as per the agenda & requirement
• Coordinate with external parties/stakeholders to exchange certain set of document & details aligned to ongoing projects
• Communicate with business leaders and relevant stakeholders as required

Qualification and skillsets

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/Healthcare Management
• 3 to 6 years of experience in an applied research or data management environment preferably in a hospital/healthcare organization
• Ability to use large, complex data sets using a variety of software applications
• Good command on power point presentation & delivering presentations
• Advanced speaking and report-writing skills for effective communication
• Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to perform statistical analysis
