Experienced hotel front office associates are urgently required for hotel near Dubai International City. Minimum 3-5 years experience in Dubai 3-4 star hotel is a must, immediate availability.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at Hotel
Check-in and check-out the guests, settle bills, scan passports
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and inquiries
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Requirements
Proven work experience for at least two yrs in UAE (Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role would be a plus)
Proficiency in known hotel Protel PMS/access card systems/Vicas
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills (Arabic skills would be a plus)
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Minimum educational qualification should be a Graduate Degree
