Situated in Abu Dhabi, our center offers a serene and welcoming environment where individuals can experience personalized care and rejuvenation.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Incharge.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the center with warmth and hospitality.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and registration processes.
  • Provide information about our services, treatments, and facilities to guests in a clear and professional manner.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules for clients, therapists, and other staff members.
  • Ensure that guests receive personalized attention and assistance throughout their visit, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area and waiting lounge to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for guests.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues to the guests' satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless guest experiences and ensure effective communication across all levels.
  • Keep accurate records of guest interactions, appointments, and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or guest relations role, preferably in the hospitality or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and communication purposes.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic languages is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate guest needs and center operations.
