Job Description
· To assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in order to bring out clarity, conformity and control over HR processes in line with the strategic objectives of the company
· Develop forms and formats that support the procedures.
· To support the section heads for their HR functions in order to meet their objectives and continually improve them
· Work with the compensation & benefits function to formulate and continually improve a harmonized C&B system.
· Assist to conduct the job analysis, document position descriptions and finalize job grades to facilitate C&B functions.
· Support all the recruitment activities, viz., attracting competent personnel, facilitating the selection process, immigration & residency formalities and oversee all internal processes
· Induct the new employees into the company.
· Participate in the performance management activities
· Work in liaison with site administration & camps to gather updated information on employee details.
· Maintain an updated database of employees and emanate reports as necessary for various functions.
· Support the government affairs section (PRO) with update information to keep compliance with the statutory & legal obligations
· To support the improvement of employee relations in order to facilitate the employees for their personal issues and improve the company welfare activities.
· Attend the employee requests from all levels of employees.
· Coordinate with different functions to provide fast solutions for the requests.
· To monitor the documentation system for its compliance with the HR systems and Quality Systems Procedure in order to avoid any non-conformances and ensure continual improvements
