Looking for Mechanical /Hydraulic/ Electrical / Fitter / Machinist Candidates.
T· Understanding and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the sequence of operations
· Shop maintenance including cleaning, organizing, trash removal, and securing valuables during non-working hours
· Determining specifications for components to be created based on blueprints for mechanical systems.
· Keep chronological records of service activity to include each service step, evaluation of system or component, parts request and installation, repairs, completions, and tests/certifications
· Perform onsite maintenance and repair to customers equipment
· Provides technical support, as necessary, to all departments and customers
· Install hydraulic components onto in-house or onsite customer equipment
· Conducts field service calls for various hydraulically-powered systems and machines for troubleshooting and repair
· Troubleshoot basic electrical circuits as they pertain to hydraulic controls
· Skilled at field service customer interactions to maintain positive outcomes
· Test and inspect hydraulic pumps, valves and cylinders, etc
· Repair pumps, valves, motors and cylinders as related to our business, per customer request
· Monitoring the fabrication and assembly process
· Measuring and constructing components out of raw materials through cutting, shaping, and grinding.
· Performing regular maintenance and repair work and conducting diagnostic tests to determine the root of problems
