Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate IT activities and projects with the head office to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Manage and maintain company laptops, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
Provide support for MS Excel and other software applications used within the company.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed diligently.
Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage IT resources effectively.
Collaborate with the head office IT team to implement IT policies and procedures.
Train employees on the proper use of IT equipment and software.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT support and management.
Skills:
Proficiency in managing laptops and providing technical support.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
