Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to end-users regarding hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems in person, via phone, or through remote assistance.

Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
Investigate and analyze problems, recommend solutions, and implement necessary fixes.

Network Management: Assist in setting up and managing local area networks (LANs), ensuring connectivity, security, and performance.
Troubleshoot network-related problems and implement solutions to maintain network integrity.

Security and Data Protection: Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's data, systems, and networks from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Conduct regular security audits, assess vulnerabilities, and recommend enhancements to mitigate risks.

User Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on IT systems, applications, and best practices.
Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and FAQs to assist users and enhance their understanding of IT processes.

Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
Coordinate procurement and disposal of IT equipment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
