We're looking for a highly skilled LSA who can support within the classroom setting. Implement ABA interventions developed by the BCBA to change unwanted behaviors and increase positive behaviors.
Requirements:
- Working with children with developmental disabilities for at least 1 years
- experience in managing behaviors and implementing behavioral protocols
-educational background in Special Needs Education
- experience working with children in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- developed empathy and understanding of child's needs
- experience in taking data
- must be familiar with ABA
- Arabic preferred but not a must
- able to communicate professionally with parents
- presentable and professional
* Candidates with experience in ABA and worked will be a plus
* Prefer Candidates applying for this position having their own Residence Visa (father's/spouse's/freelance visa)
