Responsibilities:
Monitor swimmers and ensure their safety at all times.
Enforce pool rules and regulations.
Perform water rescues as necessary.
Administer first aid and CPR in emergency situations.
Maintain a clean and organized pool area.
Assist with swim lessons and other aquatic programs.
Attend in-service training sessions.
Requirements:
Lifeguard certification from an accredited organization.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong swimming ability and physical fitness.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
