job Brief

The incumbent helps the sales representatives improve their productivity by supporting them with any task related administrative duties.

§ Circulating LPO’s and contracts via e-mail to the concern Salesperson

§ Forwarding email to concern department coordinator for updating product delivery schedule.

§ Maintain Database of LPOs & Contract Copes and other documentations file in the company shared drive for easy and quick references.

§ Coordinating with Sales Coordinator and sales staff for LPO

§ Support and assist fellow team members / departments, as and when needed to meet company / department goals.

§ Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues.

§ Identify problems and address it to the team leader.

§ Respond to any inquiries regarding the department and task.
