Responsibilities:

Workflow Management:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive workflow management system that tracks the progress of projects from initiation to completion. • Assign tasks and projects to the appropriate teams and individuals, ensuring workloads are balanced

Project Prioritization:

• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to prioritize projects based on deadlines, importance, and available resources. • Ensure that urgent tasks are promptly addressed and resolved.

Resource Allocation:

• Allocate staff and resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines. • Monitor resource availability and make adjustments as needed.

Timeline Management:

• Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines. • Communicate clear expectations and timelines to team members and stakeholders.

Communication Facilitation:

• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related information and updates. • Facilitate communication between different departments and teams, ensuring everyone is informed of project status.

Problem Resolution:

• Identify and address bottlenecks or issues that may hinder project progress. • Collaborate with teams to find solutions and implement process improvements.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements. • Conduct quality checks and audits as necessary.

Reporting and Analytics:

Generate regular reports on project status, resource utilization, and key performance indicators. • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of project details, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation. • Document and update workflow processes and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (certification in project management is a plus).

  • Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
