Responsibilities:
Workflow Management:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive workflow management system that tracks the progress of projects from initiation to completion. • Assign tasks and projects to the appropriate teams and individuals, ensuring workloads are balanced

Resource Allocation:
• Allocate staff and resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines. • Monitor resource availability and make adjustments as needed.
Timeline Management:
• Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines. • Communicate clear expectations and timelines to team members and stakeholders.
Communication Facilitation:
• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related information and updates. • Facilitate communication between different departments and teams, ensuring everyone is informed of project status.
Problem Resolution:
• Identify and address bottlenecks or issues that may hinder project progress. • Collaborate with teams to find solutions and implement process improvements.
Quality Control:
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements. • Conduct quality checks and audits as necessary.
Reporting and Analytics:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (certification in project management is a plus).
