Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to join our team as Marketing Coordinator. The key duties & responsibilities of this position include;
1. Assists, coordinates and supports the Yamanote Atelier Restaurant for the successful implementation of all the Marketing, Promotions, Social Media marketing and other activities conducted.
2. Participates and supports Yamanote Atelier in achieving the goals and targets in the Marketing department.
3. Ensures that the action plans are implemented concerning all the promotion, events and activities with the assistance of the HOD (Head of Department) and other concern Departments involved in the marketing issues. Prepares action plans as required for the Marketing department.
4. Conceptualizes, prepares and contributes ideas for the Promotional and marketing activities and social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube and other platforms.
5. Maintains the updating of the company website with the latest information, promotion offers, photos and other updates by regularly communicating with the webhosting company and in coordination with the Management for approval should there be any changes or revisions to be made.
6. Manages the E-marketing of the restaurant in coordination with web hosting company and E-Marketing. Establishes a good business relationship with the companies, suppliers by way of proper communication, both written and verbal.
7. Participate in meeting with the Ad Agency, web hosting company, and other suppliers on a regular basis in order to maintain the good business relationship between the Company and the suppliers.
8. Coordinates & manages the e mail & SMS campaigns as directed by the management.
9. Keeps and maintains a file of all barter agreements which has already been established earlier. Ensures that all files are updated accordingly in order to keep track should there be any pending items that need to be sorted.
10. Assist in conducts marketing survey and market study, as and when assigned, for purposes collecting and distributing market intelligence on competitors’ activities and to keep abreast of the market situation, which will be beneficial for Yamanote Atelier for marketing plan and future strategies.
11. Follows up immediately and reports to the HOD involved in marketing aspect if there are important functions, events and happenings in the city.
12. Provides feedback on market trends and customers observations.
13. Participates and co-ordinates in conducting the promotional activities.
