SENIOR MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN
As a senior mechanical draftsman specializing in villas and towers, you likely have a wealth of experience in designing and detailing mechanical systems for residential and commercial buildings. Your role would involve creating detailed drawings and plans that incorporate HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and sometimes even fire protection systems.
Your expertise would include:
- HVAC Systems: Designing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems that are efficient and effective for the specific requirements of villas and towers.
- Plumbing Systems: Developing plumbing layouts that ensure optimal water distribution and drainage systems within these structures.
- Fire Protection Systems: Occasionally, you might be involved in designing fire protection systems, including sprinklers and alarms, ensuring compliance with safety codes.
- Energy Efficiency: Integrating energy-efficient solutions into your designs, such as sustainable HVAC options or water-saving plumbing fixtures.
- CAD Proficiency: Mastery of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create accurate and detailed drawings that are essential for construction and installation.
- Code Compliance: Ensuring that all designs meet local building codes and regulations related to mechanical systems.
- Coordination with Other Disciplines: Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into overall building designs.

Salary AED 13,000/-.
Candidate must have atleast 15years of experience.
