As a Mortgage Specialist your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• meeting with clients in person or over the phone
• asking questions about clients' financial backgrounds and situations
• explaining to clients the different types of mortgage products on offer
• assessing which type of mortgages are most suitable for your clients
• explaining how repayments and mortgage protection work
• carrying out financial checks to ensure your client can afford their mortgage
• helping clients complete the mortgage application
• meeting sales targets at work
• following strict industry regulations and guidelines
