To ensure business administrative and financial processes are followed and completed according to nursery guidelines.
To maintain all office records (electronic and manual).
To ensure the teachers have the necessary resources to carry out their functions.
To ensure the office and reception area and equipment are well maintained.
To be the first point of contact for people contacting the nursery, dealing with telephone enquiries and visitors, and responding appropriately in the absence of Branch Manager.
To maintain nursery attendance records.
To maintain parent accounts – send invoices and monitor payment.
To be responsible for entry of invoices onto finance system and payment.
To maintain Staff Folder.
To update Staff contact sheet.
To input student data and create parent contract upon admissions.
To provide administrative support to Branch Manager
To retain security system for visitors.
To conduct school tours and send information in the absence of a Branch Manager or as requested.
To submit monthly staff attendance reports for salary processing.
To undertake any other duties or responsibilities as required by the Branch Manager.
To ensure support services and maintenance of Nursery setting are done accordingly.
To ensure all necessary resources are ordered for upon approval of Branch Manager.
To assist in maintaining the inventory of resources in the nursery.
To aid in the updates of government portals (KHDA, DHA) when requested by Branch Manager.
To understand Kinderpedia and navigate through application accordingly when required.
