We are looking for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager (Female Only) to oversee the daily operations and activities of our nursery and available to start immediately. As a Nursery manager you will be responsible for the overall day- to-day operational functions of the nursery.
The ideal candidate must have
*Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or a similar managerial role within a childcare setting
*Bachelor Degree in Early years education or a related field. Cache level 5 is preferred.
*Strong leadership and managerial skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent knowledge in EYFS curriculum planning and implementing
*Ability to build strong relationships with parents, addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
*Monitoring and promoting the nursery through social media
*Supervise and train nursery staff members with proper trainings and guidance
