Job Description
  • Handle and screen incoming calls relating to real estate deals.
  • Manage and monitor lease administration from both the sides of landlord and tenant.
  • Maintain and organize real estate documents, agreements and lease records.
  • Maintain and manage client database with details of deals, contracts and payments.
  • Assist and support a team of real estate agents in capturing new business.
  • Maintaining up to date financial records of lease properties, Inc. lease rental incomes, maintenance expenses
  • Ensure timely receipt of rental incomes.
  • Preparation of documents such as Ejari's etc.
  • Maintain and manage CRM and the company website in general
  • Submit required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit, TruCheck Ads & for DTCM.
  • Monitoring rentals, and renewals.
  • Create and maintain spread sheets in Excel and reporting to the Managing Director
  • Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
