We are looking for a Pastry Maker.
Assigns specific baking tasks and directs workers in task performance.
- Measures and mixes ingredients, such as flour, flavoring, and fruit, to form concoctions.
- Kneads dough into desired shape and places dough in oven.
- Turns oven controls to regulate temperatures and to set time cycle for baking products.
- Decorates products with icing designs, using spatula and cream bag.
- Creates new designs and recipes.
- Inspects pastry shop, baking equipment, and workers for cleanliness.
- Any other reasonable duties as required to fulfill the needs of the business.
- Directs and controls work in the area of responsibility to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met
- Monitors the consistency of preparation and presentation in relevant food production area to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards.
- Ensures that food is stored, prepared and secured hygienically and safely.
- Assists in maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and related areas.
- 1 to 3 Years of experience in Pastry Making
- Ready to join immediately.
- Candidates with Visit or Cancelled Visa preferable
- Candidate with F&B Bakery experience is mandatory
