Profile Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of professional payroll experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and UAE law.
  • Preparing schedules for employee loans, advances, and other deductions by month-end.
  • Reporting on payroll expenses and monthly provisions for employee annual benefits, EOSB, etc.
  • Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding payroll.
  • Supporting the implementation and integration of a new payroll system.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in UAE.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point,
  • Excellent reporting and analytical Skills.
