As part of our services expansion plan, we require a “PLAY AREA SUPERVISOR” to join our team in Dubai.
JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE OF JOB:
To supervise young children in a safe and secure environment. Devise and participate in children's fun activities. Conduct general routine maintenance and cleaning duties around the children's play area to ensure it meets the required standards of cleanliness, security, and Health and Safety.
Responsibilities:
· Supervised play attendant young children and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
· Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
· Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
· Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy.
· Ensure great customer service at all levels.
· Quick and efficient response in a critical or emergency.
· Interacting with the children and participating with enthusiasm in their fun activities.
· Capable of taking on administrative tasks to deliver services.
· Working experience in Soft Play area / Play Center / Kids’ Zone/recreation / is a Must.
· Escalating any risks/issues to the supervisor.
· Sharing any ideas /suggestions for increasing the footfall.
· Up-selling & suggestive selling.
· Knowledge of technical requirements/maintenance.
· Host activities / games during our special events.
Experience & Skill Requirements:
· Previous 1 Years Supervisor experience working with children aged 4 to 12 Years of Kids.
· Should be engaging with kids at work.
· Happy and smiling nature.
· The ability to use Point of Sale (POS) software.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Effective communication skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Training Certificate (Attendant soft play area).
· Advanced English language skills (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
· Must be flexible to work in weekends/holidays and extend if needed.
Education & Training Requirements:
· Any graduate with experience .
· Soft Skills and Personality traits: Enthusiastic, creative, good communicator, positive, happy, team player, responsible, hardworking, flexible.
· Nature and length of previous experience: Must have previous experience interacting with children.
· Self-starter and self-motivated; thrives working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
