We are looking for an experienced, diligent and fastidious Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. They will ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner without exceeding budget.
A well-established and rapidly expanding business, New Evolution is a leading luxury interior design company; specializing in delivering high quality, intricately detailed and bespoke décor.
The right candidate will be self-motivated, organized and have excellent interpersonal skills. They will have an in-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and health and safety on site. Possessing the ability to work in a fast paced environment they should be confident coordinating a team of professionals, overseeing all aspects of the building process.
Responsibilities
- Site supervision and coordination with laborer's, subcontractors, stakeholders involved in the projects
- Ability to plan and schedule tasks on each assigned projects including required equipment, materials, and labour
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project schedule and weekly reports to monitor and track progress
- Manage adjustments to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Knowledgeable with major developers and authorities requirements such as Dubai Municipality inspections and other testing requirements
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Prepare comprehensive project progress reports to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Site Project Manager for Interior Fit-out or Construction company
- BSc/BA in engineering
- Can join immediately
