  • Proper Planning & Implementing the resources for the Project
  • Coordinating with Client, Consultants, Sub Contractors & Authorities
  • Preparation of Internal schedules for projects and implementation
  • Maintain the MIS and present to the Management.
  • Organize & attend the Progress Review Meetings
  • Obtaining the necessary approvals from Authorities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • G+12 approved Engineer
  • Minimum 7-10 years of UAE Experience in Construction Industry.
  • UAE Driving License.
  • Should be available to join immediately.
  • Ability to lead a team by being good and effective communicator.
  • Excellence in planning how each process should be done, how resources are to be acquired, and when the project should be completed.
  • Flexible team player.
