Assistant soft service manager

Full job description

Facilico Facilities Management is currently recruiting for an Assistant Soft Service Manager to join our passionate Soft Service team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• In-charge of day-to-day operations within the company, ensuring all services are executed on time and in alignment with agreed service levels.
• Management and supervision of different disciplines of in-house and outsourced staff
• Act as a first responder in case of service complaints, handling issues hands-on and reporting to the line manager for further action.
• Coaching of supervisors
• Management of operational training and deployment of staff.
• Coordinating with various departments for operational needs.
• Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Senior Soft Services Manager.

Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
• Experience: 5 years of experience in Soft Services
• Experience in supervising Cleaning staff
• Valid UAE Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
