We are currently seeking a highly motivated Property Consultant to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business and advising clients on property purchases.
Responsibilities:
· Generating new business through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
· Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
· Advising clients on property purchases and providing expert knowledge on off-plan projects
· Conducting property viewings with potential clients
· Negotiating and closing sales deals
· Meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Communicating with management and team members to provide regular updates on sales progress
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year experience in real estate market of dubai
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
