Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Management:
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests.
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins/outs.
- Property Maintenance:
- Coordinate routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Ensure properties meet safety and aesthetic standards.
- Financial Management:
- Collect rent, handle delinquencies, and manage budgets.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers.
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in property management or real estate.
- Strong understanding of property management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
