Job Description
  • Minimum 6 years of experience required in hospitality and Catering operation, in similar position
  • Should be a Graduate holding at least a HACCP. HABC level certification.
  • Qualified in implementation of EMS, OSHAD , QMS and QHSE practices
  • Should have excellent analytical and MS Office skills
  • Food safety knowledge is must
  • Fluency in written and verbal English language
  • Should be confident and possess a strong personality
  • Ability to resolve issues and handle pressure with a positive outlook
  • Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures
  • Possess excellent training and report writing skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should be young, dynamic and a team player
