Job Description

Successful Company is looking for a Receptionist. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be well-versed with Microsoft Office, telephone systems, and other front-desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Notifies company staff of visitor arrival
  • Maintains telephone systems and takes messages to redirect them to the concerned recipient in a timely manner
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Maintaining the general office filing system, both online and offline
  • Operating all office equipment regularly e.g. the copy machine, printer, computer etc.
  • Maintains a clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions irregularities, and continuing needs

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar position
  • Self-motivated, proactive and organized
  • Familiarity with phone systems
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferable Industry: Luxury Retail, Banking
