As Reservations Supervisor, you can work with trend data to respond to Guest inquiries to develop solid relationships and maximize revenue opportunities. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
What we need from you
Ideally, you will have two years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry with relevant school/college qualifications. Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. You need to be highly customer-oriented and passionate about your job, with great attention to detail.
